Three Court Green

Three Court Green is a mixed use residential project offering luxurious urban living centered around three unique courtyard experiences. It explores the crossing point between vernacular lessons in thermal comfort and contemporary expectations of urban living. The design aims to capitalize on the idea behind Bjarke Ingles' concept of "hedonistic sustainability." Each unit design provides options for comfortable living to suit seasonal and personal preferences for thermal comfort, all with the aim of reducing household energy needs currently spent on HVAC by wrapping a sustainable design in a package of comfort and personal choice.
