Released: Designing for a Vulnerable, Stigmatized, At-Risk, and Transitional Population and the Communities They Return To

This project is focused on a hypothetical Prison Reentry Program called Deconstruct, which will help to facilitate a more fluid design concept. This 18-month program will focus on training its members in a variety of trades in an effort to develop a set of useful, applicable and desirable skill sets. These skills will be developed in on-site, storefront businesses that are owned and managed by local, creative businesses - bringing local businesses, community members and the reentry population together under one roof.
