Workplace Wellness to Attract and Retain Talent

Companies are in fierce competition for talent and recognize their office spaces are an untapped recruiting tool. Employees have high expectations for their workplace environment, driven by their consumer experiences outside of work. This thesis aims to design a workplace that supports comfort and wellness in order to attract and keep talent.
