The Expansion and Possibilities of Mixed Income Housing
This project is a mixed income housing development that includes community, hospitality, education, and retail onsite amenities. There is not a huge priority to utilize mixed income housing developments to solve the affordable housing crisis. The design goal is to create a space that is livable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
